Our Fully Automated Frameless Batch One Cabinet Line integrates seven state-of-the-art robots into the manufacturing process, handling repetitive tasks with precision. This allows our skilled craftsmen to focus on complex and creative aspects of cabinet making, resulting in improved safety, product quality, production capacity, and consistency.
In January 2026, we will commence operations at our new 92,000-square-foot facility in St. Joseph, Minnesota. This $20 million investment is set to increase our production capacity from 150 to 500 cabinets per day, making it one of the most automated cabinet manufacturing facilities in North America.
